    Beth is a seasoned facilitator, executive coach and manager utilising specialities in NLP, Insights and broader leadership training. She is experienced in designing, delivering and reviewing learning programmes at a range of levels. Her integrity and personal values coupled with engaging approach help individuals and teams reach their full potential. She is a highly organised, proactive and self-motivated learning and development professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team or virtual team environment.

    Beth is highly experienced sports development professional with a successful track record in a range of local and national roles, developing partnerships and delivering complex projects. She is a strategic thinker with the ability to drive change to an operational level with excellent leadership and people skills to compliment her technical knowledge.

    I have been working as an L&D professional for over 24years, in the roles of Leadership and Talent Consultant, Learning and Development Business Partner, and Regional Trainer for the UK and Northern Ireland. I have experience in retail, construction and telecommunications, and financial services.

    My specialisms are leadership and team development, coaching and psychometric profiling. I am driven by the desire to be of service to others in reaching their potential and honouring their uniqueness. My vocation is to help individuals build meaningful relationships through strength of character, credibility and trust, and the investment of time and energy.

  • Graeme Wilkinson

    Graeme is a highly experienced Learning and Development specialist. He has led large business and HR teams both directly and across complex matrix environments. With over 35 years’ experience in business, Graeme has undertaken a wide variety of Leadership roles throughout his varied career, including; Retail & Sales Management, Project Management, Change Management, Customer Services, Operations Management and Business Partnering.

    He specialisies in personal and team development in addition to Executive and senior team faciliation. He is extensively qualified in a range of established industry standards including a fully qualified Executive Coach, Master Practitiioner in NLP, Insights and MBTI Step I and II, BPS Level A and B, in addition to being a fully qualified Mediator.

    Graeme has an outstanding track record of pragmatic approach to learning, whilst providing ‘hands on’ examples of leading and engaging teams to deliver results.

    Through his excellent facilitation skills, he is able to use his energy and sense of fun to translate leading edge theory of learning into the workplace in a wholly engaging way.

    With over 8 years experience working with Bluesky Experiences Ltd Stuart has developed a wealth of knowledge and practical experience in shaping and delivering team and leadership programs with a wide variety of clients from different sectors.

    In his role as Operations Manager and as part of the Leadership Team within Bluesky Experiences, Stuart is instrumental in the continued growth and development of the business.

He mentors the teams and coaches the leaders to be more effective in all their delivery. A prolific negotiator, exercising influence at the highest levels of authority, Colin effectively navigates the interests of challenging stakeholders and hostile commercial environments to forge shared visions of success.

  • Brad Gentry

    Brad was born in Zimbabwe, and educated in South Africa. He began his work career as a manager in retailing (Marks & Spencer, South Africa) and moved to the UK in 1985. He continued in retail and worked at Area Manager level across The Argyll Group. In 1995, Brad pursued his passion for training and coaching and joined IBT in the UK, initially as a Licensed PEP® Trainer. He has worked across a wide range of FTSE 100 companies and in recent years is equally used to coaching at board level or with first-line supervisors and their teams, and everything in between. He continues to coach and train for his own long-term clients and specialises in Personal Productivity, Team and Team Leader Effectiveness. Brad is a fully accredited Executive Coach and also uses a wide range of psychometrics to support this training and coaching interventions. He has achieved particular success with the PEP system, and for over 22 years with the Insights Discovery profile.
