Dee Logan Discovery Consultant & Coach
Dee Logan started her own business in 2006, having worked previously for Insights & IBM. In 2015, her business Synchronicity People Solutions merged with BlueSky Experiences. Dee’s experience and passion make her an excellent facilitator and now she is bringing that momentum forward to BlueSky.
During her time running Synchronicity People Solutions, Dee has established a reputation as an inspirational facilitator, using her knowledge, passion and good humour to help clients improve their self-awareness and increase their personal effectiveness by absorbing the language of Insights in to their personal and working lives.

· Contribute to the development of thinking within the aligned areas and more widely in the overall Talent and OD Agenda, to support the delivery of business and people strategies, plans and priorities.

Finance Community Development Manager (2010 – 2011) leading a team to support and deliver the LP&I Finance (630 colleagues in 6 sites) Plan whilst ensuring alignment with both the Group Finance and Insurance Division People Agenda
· Understanding the people needs of the LP&I Finance community by working closely with the LP&I Finance Senior Management team.
· Establish and maintain key stakeholder relationships with HR, Group Learning & Development, and Internal Communications, Group Finance / Insurance Division People Boards and external suppliers to deliver the People Plan
· Creation and delivery of the LP&I Finance People Plan with key priorities (e.g. Talent & Succession, Colleague Engagement, and Performance Management) identified to ensure provision of learning and development needs for all colleagues across the LP&I Finance community.

David Bradley Director & Guest Speaker, Red Apple Thinking
David has over 20 years' experience of leadership both in the military and business. After growing up on a farm David joined the Army and led soldiers on operations around the world including Northern Ireland, Kosovo and Iraq.
While leading his troops in action in Basra, David was badly wounded and given only a 5% chance of survival. Despite this he recovered but after 4 years of intensive rehabilitation had to leave the Army in 2008 and go back to the farm. He was soon asked to return to the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst to talk on leadership and has since worked with a range of organisations and businesses, helping them improve their leadership and team performance.
David is an engaging facilitator and inspiring speaker who uses his experience to change behaviour and deliver success.
