Team Energy from BlueSky Experiences is a high-energy team building event designed to connect people, strengthen collaboration and boost morale. The theme is centred around renewable energy, keeping the activities fresh, relevant and engaging.

WHAT HAPPENS ON THE DAY?

From the moment the event begins, teams move through a series of renewable energy themed challenges that combine quick thinking, teamwork and plenty of fun.

Activities include:

  • Building a mini wind turbine and testing its power output

  • Working together to complete an oversized puzzle against the clock

  • Pumping up a giant green battery to maximum charge before other teams

  • Solving energy-based riddles to unlock the next challenge

Each activity is hands-on and designed to spark genuine interaction. As teams progress, they score points and build up their “team battery” before facing the final combined challenge that decides the overall champions.

AIM OF THE GAME

Teams earn as much “energy” as possible by completing activities, thinking strategically and working together. The final challenge brings all skills into play, testing communication, problem solving and trust under time pressure.

The competition is lively but supportive, leaving every participant with a sense of achievement and a stronger connection to their colleagues.
