We are constantly striving for innovation, looking to improve and expand our offering in every aspect of our business in order to continue to provide an exemplary level of service to our clients, old and new.

As part of this drive, we have been working hard in the first half of 2015 to design and deliver a brand new range of tablet-based Treasure Hunts using the very latest technology.

Developed on Samsung Galaxy Tabs, our treasure hunts are different to anything you may have tried before. Using live mapping, teams must formulate a plan to visit as many of the checkpoints as they can within the game time, solving challenges and finding clues as well as answering a stream of fiendish trivia questions along the way.

Event managers have the ability to check team’s performance from a control tablet, monitoring them via GPS tracking and keeping an eye on their score via a live points tally. This also allows event managers to send hints, clues and advice to teams via push notifications, keeping participants engaged & guessing at every turn.

At the end of the activity, teams will meet at the predetermined finishing point for a debrief and prize giving, delivered in true BlueSky style. These new treasure hunts make for an excellent team building day or reward activity for your team.

Focus on Edinburgh

We’ve created some completely unique Treasure Hunts in Edinburgh, taking in the city's most famous sights and most unusual venues. Find out more about some of these new hunt’s below.

Edinburgh Zoo

As soon as we had the idea for this Treasure Hunt, we knew it was going to become one of our favourite events. Developed in partnership with the Zoo, this activity sends teams all over Edinburgh Zoo, finding hidden clues and answering animal questions. The Zoo were keen to incorporate some questions about the conservation work they do and their focus on animal welfare. By including this content, participants will learn a lot about the great work that the Zoo do for their animals whilst seeing them up close and personal.

Royal Mile Treasure Hunt

Our Royal Mile Treasure Hunt takes in some of the city’s most famous sights. Starting off from any venue or location by the Royal Mile (chosen by the client), teams will be challenged to navigate through the streets of Auld Reekie.

Some of the sights that are included in this activity are: Dynamic Earth, Holyrood Palace, Greyfriars Bobby, the Scottish Parliament and St. Giles Cathedral. The missions and questions in this game have been tailored specifically to the area, taking Scotland’s rich heritage and history.

National Museum of Scotland

Set in the National Museums Scotland this is a fun-filled and challenging game that let’s your employees get to know each other, think creatively and work as a team. Teams will compete against each other to solve intriguing missions in and around the Museum. Each mission is communicated through the tablet provided, tailored specifically to National Museums Scotland. Take pictures, find objects, use your creativity and beat the other teams by prioritizing between missions.

City Centre

The Edinburgh City Centre treasure hunt combines several aspects of all of our other Treasure Hunts in the city. Participants will take in elements of the Royal Mile treasure hunt as well as several other Edinburgh landmarks in the city.

The City Centre treasure hunt can be completed using black cabs, as part of our Target 10 team building activity. Make sure you check it out!
