Through this self-awareness, leaders can begin to recognise their natural strengths — and potential blind spots.
2. The Four Colour Energies in Leadership
Participants learn how each of the four colour energies show up in leadership:
🔴 Fiery Red: Bold, focused, and action-oriented.
🟡 Sunshine Yellow: Visionary, inspirational, and people-focused.
🟢 Earth Green: Supportive, empathetic, and values-driven.
🔵 Cool Blue: Analytical, thoughtful, and detail-conscious.

3. Manifestations of Leadership
The workshop introduces four “manifestations” of effective leadership:
Results Leadership (Fiery Red + Cool Blue)
Relationship Leadership (Sunshine Yellow + Earth Green)

Centered Leadership (Cool Blue + Earth Green)
Using practical models, attendees explore how to balance these areas in their leadership role and evaluate where their time and energy are best spent.
4. Motivators and Blockers
Understanding what motivates — and demotivates — you and your team is crucial. The session includes an exercise exploring motivation through the colour energies, helping leaders assess how to create environments that energise rather than drain.
5. Leadership Under Pressure
No leader operates in ideal conditions all the time. The workshop examines what happens when each colour energy is overused — from analysis paralysis (Cool Blue) to becoming dictatorial (Fiery Red). By recognising these "bad day" behaviours, leaders can course-correct before issues escalate.
