Supporting Cultural Change


There can be times in the workplace where there is a feeling that the whole team needs a change in culture in order to overcome mounting obstacles and challenges.

When departments and teams are not working efficiently with each other and the team is not fulfilling its potential, there can be a desire from some team members to withdraw in to themselves and work to their own agendas.

This leads to greater team inefficiency which can have a detrimental effect on customer satisfaction. Our programme works to show team members that they all have a part to play in the team and that in order to make things better, they need to all be pulling the business forward in the same direction.

Our programme

The BlueSky Supporting Cultural Change Programme is designed to instil several key learnings into the team:

  • To increase awareness that everyone in the business has a role to play in improving customer satisfaction.
  • Everyone must take ownership of the role they play in the customer’s experience.
  • Improve communication, teamwork, knowledge sharing and problem solving within and between teams.
  • Improve communication with stakeholders and customers throughout the whole process.

Throughout the programme, the content will be thought-provoking and fun helping to embed the learning and develop team confidence and morale.

The overall aim of this programme is to encourage team members to take ownership of the problems they are facing in order to improve the workplace culture from within.
