Change can be an unsettling time in the office, creating stress and disrupting day to day functions. It is important to manage any changes in a way that is supportive of the team, ensuring that the change brings robust benefits when it is put in place.
Our facilitators will begin with some ice breaker activities to put the delegates at ease and reinforce the idea that they are working in a safe and supportive environment. From here they will talk the team through their year in review, highlighting things that worked as well as those that did not.
You will be shown the change cycle, including the seven stages of change and then given instruction on the best practices to deal with change.
The afternoon session will guide you through how to communicate and lead through change and ensure than proper planning is put in place to support decision making.
The facilitators will give a full debrief following the day to ensure that learnings are transferable back to the workplace.
