• Energisers – An event lasting approximately 15 minutes after a break, designed to lift all the delegates and encourage maximum attention span and concentration. Choose from our expansive range of interactive and upbeat challenges, including Blue Beat indoor team building activities such as Boom Whackers or Bin Bag Ladies.

• Incentive and Rewards – Reward your team for their hard work with a 1-hour event, which can include Quad biking or Distillery tours. * Team Building Session – This session can emphasise the key message of your meeting or event and usually lasts between 45 minutes and three hours. • Evening Entertainment – End your team building or meeting events day with some evening entertainment. Forty-five minute to five-hour programmes are available, including our popular James Bond evening and Casino Nights.
