The Airdrie-based business contacted BlueSky Experiences, the award winning team building and event management specialist to organise a team building day. The purpose of the day was to strengthen their corporate culture by demonstrating the value of working as part of a cohesive team and to celebrate their recent award win – ICONS of WHISKY Distiller of the Year 2008. The company was looking for an event to be held onsite at their Head Office based in Airdrie for a team of 120 people. The event had to be fun but with tangible business benefits included.

BlueSky were asked to organise a conference and team away day for the Coca-Cola Enterprises Scotland Region, involving 150 employees from their sales force. The objective of the event was to roll out the company’s new vision and values to the team in a creative and interactive manner as well reward the sales team for a strong performance in 2008.

Aggreko contacted BlueSky Experiences, the award winning team
building and event management specialist looking to organise a
business update meeting with fun team building being the major part
of the event.
The company were bringing several of their key people from overseas
as well as their chief executive, Rupert Soames, to Scotland for the
meeting and wanted to run a unique event that would leave a lasting
impression on everyone.
