BlueSky Experiences Scotland's leading event management company designs, organises, manages and delivers the annual Adventure Race Series in the UK.
First and foremost our adventure races have been designed to be great fun and an opportunity to compete against other companies across industry sectors. We have also designed them to be a challenge that will test your mental and physical fitness (not to the extreme though!) and provide an opportunity to team build at the same time.
Our Adventure races such as the Buccluech Property Challenge and the BlueSky Challenge are a perfect format for any corporate team building or client hospitality event. A client can sponsor an adventure challenge as their event and BlueSky Experiences will manage the process. Dates are available at Drumlanrig between in September 2009, with availability flexible at BlueSky Perth.

September 2009 - The Buccleuch Property Challenge Drumlanrig Castle
The Drumlanrig estate home of the Buccleuch Property Challenge will host the fourth annual adventure race in September 2009, for invited guests of Buccleuch Property. The race will be approximately 6-7 hours of non-stop adventure with numerous stages. The course is based on mountain biking, kayaking and orienteering together with a few different challenges to test you that little bit further; the emphasis is very much on team work and playing to the strengths of individual team members we have specifically resisted the temptation to make it an elite event and want to encourage everyone to have a go!
Teams of 4, which must contain at least one woman, will travel together through all stages, competing against the clock and collecting bonuses from the different checkpoints reached. An important part of the event will be to plan your tactics for the day including maximising points collected in the available time and managing your equipment and food intake during the race.
We only have one class of entry for this event and that is the Adventure Class, which is designed for first timers and those with some adventure race expertise. September 2009 - The BlueSky Challenge
Drumlanrig Castle home of the BlueSky Challenge will host the inaugural inter corporate adventure race in September 2009. This adventure race will be open to all industry sectors excluding the property sector (Buccleuch property Challenge September 2009).
The race format will consist of approximately 6-7 hours of non-stop adventure with numerous stages. The course is based on mountain biking, kayaking and orienteering together with a few different challenges to test you that little bit further; the emphasis is very much on team work and playing to the strengths of individual team members we have specifically resisted the temptation to make it an elite event and want to encourage everyone to have a go!

2008 & 2009 - The One-Day Eco Venture Challenge
BlueSky Experiences headquarters in the Strathearn Valley just outside Perth will host the most exciting corporate team event of 2008 & 2009!
A corporate adventure race for teams from any industry sector made up of 4 persons. The race will be based in the wilderness of some of Scotland's most exciting country side and will include team navigation, off road cycling, rope work and many other exciting and challenging secret disciplines based on your survival techniques (which may or may not come naturally!)
